Spirit of the Heavens Marketplace Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any product or service (“Item”) through the Spirit of the Heavens Marketplace hosted in our TouchStay Guidebook, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Confirmation

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be fulfilled as described.

2. Availability & Fulfillment

All Items are subject to availability. If an Item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

3. Delivery & Use

(a) Physical Items (e.g., floral bouquets, comfort products, snacks) are delivered directly to your lodging at Spirit of the Heavens (by request) or made available for on-site pickup.

(b) Service Add-Ons (e.g., Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Pet Fees) are applied to your reservation once both approval and payment are completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, refund and modification policies are specified per Item in the product details. Once an Item is delivered or a service is confirmed, it is non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable sales taxes are automatically calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) regulations.

Shopify’s standard payment processing fees are absorbed by Spirit of the Heavens and do not affect the checkout total.

6. Liability

Guests are responsible for the proper use of any purchased Item.

Spirit of the Heavens is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or non-compliance with provided instructions or policies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
